I miss them so much. I didn't have much girl friends outside of school so I predicted that I'd be quite a loner, seeing the state of my class declared 4/5 filled with females but who knew? They made my year. It was a short time in school. Personal problems got in the way but they were always there for hugs, lame videos and terribly awful music. I didn't expect myself to eat that much cookies in a day, 7 to be exact (who knew homemade cookies tasted so damn good?). If time travel ever permits me to change one thing, it would be to be born rich so that I would have never have to face leaving school while it was at its prime all because I couldn't afford the rest of the school years. Everything happens for a reason but until I find out that reason, I am still bitter about it. Nonetheless, it doesn't stop me from coming back to visit them. And my cookies.
Later on in the evening, Ameen and I cabbed down to Vivo to watch Cloud Atlas. Such an intelligent movie. Though fictional, several of his creations are being questioned. His ideas are well-received but leaves an impact. I couldn't contain my excitement knowing it was based on a novel by David Mitchell. My love for books is by far much greater than my love for cream cheese and boy, do I love cream cheese wholeheartedly. I bought the book the very next week.
After the film, we had dinner and some catching up. We passed by the Children Little Museum and I squirmed at the sight of the robot, not a fan, if you must know. Our curiosity led us in and the uncle claimed admission is $2 to see further upstairs (that sounded creepy) so Ameen said why not and I shrugged. Climbed up the stairs and it was worth every cent, basking in nostalgia, touching things we swore we could never find again anywhere else.
"Uncle! F&N orange, chop chop! Cannot go stun!"
