Ever since I re-dyed my hair, I have been receiving a lot of admiring compliments from strangers. Some old, some young. The praises have been quite encouraging and I am very flattered. When I previously had purple hair, naturally people would just stare but then there was a dude who called me an "ah gua" which means transvestite, if I am not mistaken. It didn't bother me much because that dude was a very poorly dressed ah beng so I don't trust his sense of judgement. Also in case he was blind, I have breasts. Huge round watermelons that I'm pretty sure aren't as hard a transvestite's. Considering that he can't tell the difference between an "ah gua" and a growing woman, he's going to have a hard time with who he'll end up fucking. This time round people just come up to me randomly and talk about my hair. Then there are those who asked if I was wearing a wig! Epic question is epic.
My sister and I went to catch The Adventures of Tin Tin: The Secret of The Unicorn. Let me emphasize on my love for Tin Tin. I had quite a colourful childhood. I grew up with Harry Potter, Lord of The Rings, InuYasha (don't judge me, shut up) and Tin Tin. These were basically what made my childhood a classic. I am the only youngster out there who actually read all of their books. I remember most comic, most manga and almost every plot. Of course, over time I can only remember so much. Considering that I was 18, those who grew up with Tin Tin are in their late 20s. So yeah, I'm serious. I'm not one of those, "I'm such a big fan of so-and-so" but then they don't even know who wrote the book.
Sadly though, considering that not a lot of people knew or care about Tin Tin that much, there were only 6 people in the cinema (and maybe because we were watching at Iluma). My sister and I screamed like school girls at the sight of Tin Tin, laughed & talked aloud, took out our shoes... Well, there was hardly anyone so we behaved like how we did back at home.
Peter Jackson and Steven Spielberg, I reward you my soul. ヽ(ー_ー )ノ
